Sir,

In continuation of my yesterday's despatch I have the honour to inform you that H. E. Rahmy Bey, Governor General, left this morning for Constantinople, via Afion-Karahissar & Eski-Cheir, with the object, I understand, of taking stock of the position of affairs and also of submitting certain questions concerning the Armenians and the exportation from this city for approval to the Ministry.
