Manush was deported with her
parents and her brother to Diarbekir. There a Kurd took her away from her
parents and took her to his own village. This Kurd kept her for eight years and
married her later to an Arab living in Mardin. She had a child of this
marriage. Lately her husband was taken to the Turkish army and she was living
in the house of her husband's parents. One day when nobody was at home she fled
and reached safely Hassitshe. Our agent helped her to get on to our Rescue
Home.
