Imasdoon was deported with her parents and little brother to Der-el-Zor. There children were separated from their families and put in a Turkish orphanage. A few ays later the Armenian families were collected and sent by thousands into the desert where they were massacred without exception.

                  The children from the orphanage were given to an Arab family as servants or slaves. Imasdoor came with a farmer family to El-Boobel and was kept there eight years.

                  Imasdoor was tired of this sort of life and fled to Der-el-Zor with the intention to become a soldier in the French army. He asked some Armenians to advise him on this point. They advised him to see our agent. He met him but the agent him to return first of all to his nation and sent him to us.

                  Hoping to find some of his relatives he came to us and we are making enquiries about them.
