Avedis came on the road with
his mother, one brother and a sister. They were with the caravan driven along
till they reached a river, there his mother and sister were thrown in the water
and drowned.
Avedis was taken away by an
Arab and brought to his tent. Another Arab took his brother. Some years after
the boy died.
Avedis stayed 11 years by his
owner, then he fled to Rakka, where our agent sent him by motor-car to us.
