Hagop
came on the road with his parents. The caravan was driven on to Mardin. There
his father was killed, his mother became ill and died.
Hagop fled in a tent, where
there was an Arab family. There he stayed 10 years as a servant and
One day muleteers told him
about our rescue home here in Aleppo and persuaded him to follow them. He did
so and reached our home safely.
