This little boy was brought to us
lately by a poor old woman of nearly 70. She told us that Dikran's father was
killed in his native country during the persecution. His mother was taken by a
Turk, who married her and now she has got with him children more then one.
Until to day his grandmother took care of Dikran with the help of his uncle in
America, who unfortunately got crazy. We took the boy into our house
temporarily until we could find a suitable arrangement for him.
Left
our care: April 25, 1927. Relatives. Grandmother Aleppo.
