In the time of the deportation
Boghos was exiled with his parents and two sisters to Ras-el-Ain. On the road
his one sister died and the other one was taken by a Kurd to his house. He
himself was dragged away from his parents and brought to a Kurdish village
Kharman where he had to live four years. Being treated badly he fled to
Zaghkert and lived seven years there as a servant in a Kurd's house. Once he
came with two other Armenian boys to Hassitshe. There they met with our agent
who sent them to us.
