At the beginning of the war, her husband was killed in their town. Noyemzar was deported with her uncle's family to Ras-el-Ain. Within a short time the whole family died. She was married to an Arab with whom she lived for seven years.
Going to the fountain of the village an Armenian chauffeur saw her and advised her to make herself ready to come early in the morning to the same place promising her that he was going to help her. Early in the morning Noyemzar went as usual to the fountain, the chauffeur came with the motorcar and so she succeeded in coming.

Noyemzar found a place as servant and left our house.

Later she married an Armenian in Aleppo.
