Isahag's parents, his one sister and one brother were exiled to Ras-el-Ain, no further details are known about them. His mother had left Isahag under the charge of a Turk in their native country. After five years he left the Turk's house and began to make a difficult journey towards Ras-el-Ain in order to find his parents but on reaching there. He could not find any of them. A Kurd took him there to his house in a village not far from the city. There he worked as a shepherd for his master. One day he heard that his sister was living in Aleppo. he hurried to our agent asking his assistance and was sent to our home in Aleppo.

We have made the necessary inquiries about his sister, but, unfortunately, we could not find her trace.
