Her mother died when she was too
young. She was exiled with her father. On the banks of the river Euphrates the
Kurds attacked the caravan. Her father was killed and she was taken by the
enemies, who brought her to the village Meane, where she lived with a rich
Milla, named Hadji Bedir Agha. When she grew up her master married her to his
motor-car driver, who was an Armenian too.
During the last Kurdish events her
husband was exiled with his master. Khatun, with her three children remained
helpless among the Muslims and sending a letter she asked our assistance. We
informed our agent in Arab pounar. He arranged Khatun's transfer to Aleppo.
