The father was killed in the beginning of the war. A Turk took Ardashesh and his mother in his house. After four years his mother died. Ardashesh was a servant in the house. The Turk always wanted to convert him to Islam. Recently, he told him that if he was not willing he would kill him. Ardashesh became frightened and with the help of an Armenian he came with some muleteers to Aleppo, where he soon found our house.
