His mother died before the war, his brothers, sisters, his father, and he himself were deported. On the road the father was killed. The remainers came to Urfa and were dispersed in different Turkish houses. Bedros lived 3 years in an Assyrian house. During the war everything became very expensive and so the Assyrian family could not keep him any longer. Bedros went to Saf where he became a gardener in a Kourdish house. He fled from there in order to find his sisters and brothers at Urfa but he could not find any of them, he went to the Armenian church and from there he was sent to Aleppo.
His mother's brothers are in America.
Bedros also could not adapt himself to the life in the city and ran away.
