Avedis
was exiled with his parents in the direction of Deir-el-Zor. There they stayed
some days, were then driven towards Mosul.
On
the road Kourds and Arabs attacked the caravan. Avedis parents were killed and
an Arab took him away and brought him to his house.
That Arab was a rather rich
man and treated Avedis as a son.
Avedis grew up and was longing
to be among his own people, so one day he fled and reached Hassitsche. From
there our agent sent him on to us.
Went
to his sister in Beyrut.
Left
our care: September 27, 1925. Sister in Beirut.
