Kevork was exiled with his parents,
one sister and one brother to Deir-el-Zor. On the road his father was killed
and his brother was taken by Arabs. He himself was taken by a Kurd to his
village named Khay Tell. One day a woman in Aleppo came to us saying that she
had located her brother in the above-mentioned village and she asked our
assistance to rescue him. We informed our agent in Ras-el-Ain who found Kevork
by special search and sent him to Aleppo.
His eyes were in very bad condition,
and he is now under the medical care of our oculist.
Kevork has had an eye
operation. He is so much better now.
