Diran does not remember anything about his earliest
childhood. Many years he tought, that he was a Kurd and was living with his
parents. yet, one day he understood that he was an Armenian, a Christian.
Immediately the national feeling awoke in him and he fled. Fortunately our agent from Hassitshe
got hold of him and put him into a motor-car. One day he arrived safely in our
home in Aleppo. We have given him the name Diran.
Left our care: August 7,
1927. Relatives.
