Vosgi's father had stayed in America many years and just came to see his family one year before the deportation. He returned 6 months after and is now living in America. Vosgi her mother and a brother were exiled to Harpoot.

                  One day her brother went to the market in order to buy some food, there a Turk saw him and did not allow him to go to his family.

                  Vosgi and her mother were sent to Diarbekir, where a Turk took Vosgi from her mother. The poor woman was sent further on, and Vosgi never saw her again.

                  Vosgi remained one month in her master's house, but being illtreated she feld to another Turkish family, where she stayed nine years. She then fled, because the Turk wanted to marry her to another Turk. She came to the Americans, who protected her till she found an opportunity to go to Hassitshe, from where she was sent to us.

Vosgi's father is in America.
