Anna's husband was taken to the Turkish army in the beginning of the war. She never saw him again. After one year she was exiled with her daughter and two sons to Mardin. There she supported her children 7 years by working in different Turkish hoses. Later she married her daughter to an Armenian.
When things got dearer she was not able to support them, so she had to marry a Turk in order to save her children from famine.
Two years ago she sent her sons to us, and she herself was always looking for an opportunity to save herself too. At last the chance appeared.
One day she took permission from her, husband to visit her sister-in-law, where she got an opportunity to flee to Hassitshe. Afterwards she was sent to Aleppo.
Anna has two sons here in our house. She herself went as a servant in Aleppo.
January 26. Now she is getting money from America so that she is able to support her two sons.
Left our care: May 2, 1925. Selfsupporting, Servant, Relatives
