Israel was in the time of the deportation sent to Konia with his parents and 2 brothers. There the parents became ill and died. 

                  Some days after, Israel and his brothers were taken away from Kourds and brought to different villages. 

                  Israel stayed 10 years with a Kourd near Hassitshe. He was illtreated, so one day he left the sheep he took care of and fled to Hassitshe from where our agent sent him further on to us. 

 

Israel has relatives an uncle in Aleppo and an uncle in Bagdad.
