Parantzem's
father was put in prison in the beginning of the Armenian deportation. She was
deported with her mother and young brother Khatchadour.
Being very young the two
sisters do not remember much of what happened on the road.
Parantzem was taken by an Arab
in one village and her brother in another. They were both rescued by the
efforts of our agent and brought to our rescue-home in Aleppo.
Left
our care: October 6, 1925. Relatives.
