Her father was killed during the deportation. A Turkish friend took her to his house, but her mother and elder sister were deported to Aleppo. Her mother died there and her elder sister entered as a worker in an Armenian house.
Ovsanna lived seven years in the Turk's house being the servant of the latter's family. When Armenians left Anatolia she fled to an Armenian family and came with them to Aleppo. She located her sister but as she is a servant with a very small payment she was obliged to come to us.
As far as we know she has no relatives.
Found an aunt in Latakia and went to live with her.
