Yeghsa lived in Adiaman. Her husband was taken as a
soldier and disappeared. With her new born child Manug she fled to Kollek, a
village near Adiaman. After three years a Kurd came and brought her forcefully
to his house. That Kurd was a bad man, who illtreated Yeghsa. In the marriage
with that man Sarkis was born. Newly the Kurd died and Yeghsa fled with her two
boys to Aleppo, where she soon found our home.
Left our care: May 3, 1929.
