Shooshan was deported with her husband and her brother to
the Persian frontier. There they were living two years. As they could find no
work there they fled to Russia and lived there for some time. Afterwards they
went to Baku and over Constantinople to Beirut. From Beirut they were exiled to
Mosul. Soon they had spend all their economies. There was no work for them and
so her husband went out to look for some work at some other place. Since then she
was all alone among the Arabs, never having any news from her husband.
Something must have happened to him. Ill she came to Mosul. There she met our
agent who sent her right away to us.
Left our care: October 6,
1927. Rrelatives, husband and brother Beirut.
