Garabed's father was a soldier in the
Turkish army. He himself, his mother and 2 brothers were exiled. They came to
Djani stayed there 2 months then they
were driven towards Mosul.
On
the way the mother and the brothers were taken away by Kourds.
An
Arab took Garabed and brought him in his tent. He stayed there 1 year, fled
then in another, at last he fled to Mosul, where an Armenian pastor met with
him and sent him to us.
