His father was killed in the beginning of the Armenian massacre. The government inspected every Armenian house. Turkish officials found a gun in their house. As a result of it Bedros’ mother was deported. Bedros himself was taken to a Kuordish family where he remained seven years being a shepherd. Armenian merchants had come from Aleppo and they knew about our reception-house.
Armenians collected the necessary money for his journey and Bedros was sent by them to this city.
As far as we know he has no relatives.
