He was not deported but stayed by Hassan Tshavoush and 6 years later he came to Harpoot, where he found the address of his uncle in America. The uncle sent him money that he might come out of Turkey and try to reach America; but coming out, he was entirely robbed on the road. The money is gone and so is the address, we must begin to find it out again.

Barsom's brother is in the American orphanage and has the address of their uncle.         

Barsom found a place as servant in a Christian house here in Aleppo, where he can support himself until money can come from his relatives in America.

He is already in contact with them.
