Mesrob was deported with his mother and sister to Arabkir. He and his sister were taken to a Turkish house but the mother was sent further on. Mesrob and his sister remained seven years in the Turk's house being considered as his children.
When Armenians were emigrating, he fled with his sister to an Armenian family who adopted his sister as their child. Mesrob joined a party of leaving Armenians and came with them to Aleppo.
As far as we know he has no relatives.
Learned a trade and became selfsupporting.
