Garabed
was exiled with his father and sister in the direction of Adana. A Turk one day
dragged him out of the caravan, and he does not know what has become of his
dear ones. After some years the Turk sold him to a Tjeten named Suleyman Bey.
He became a servant by that man and worked very hard many years without any
recompence.
One
day he heard about our home and that many Armenians were living in Aleppo.
He
immediately left the Tjeten and walked to Rakka, from where by our helper he
was sent on to us.
Went to our colony 3/5 27
Left our care: July 27. Selfsupport.
