Wife of No. 1479
Mariam
was deported with her mother and grandmother. After weeks of wanderings she met
her father on the Euphrates working for the Turkish government. They all
remained there. He was transported to a hospital and the same day, Mariam was
deported again. In the valley of Surudj a Kurd came and took her by force from
her mother. She remained among the Kurds until No. 1479 bought her.
