Her parents were exiled in the beginning of the deportation. She does not know what happened to them. Verjin with her two sisters and brothers were not deported but lived in different Turkish houses as servants. She does not know what happened to them.
An Armenian family was leaving for Aleppo, she begged and cried very bitterly, the family was moved very much and took her with them.
She arrived in Aleppo on May 23.
As far as we know she has no relatives.
Has been adopted in an Armenian family in Alexandrette.
