Her father was killed during the deportation. Khanoom was deported with her mother until one day far from the city.
A Turk took her to his house in Kara-Keupri where she lived six years as a maid servant. Later they married her. Khanoom asked her husband to let her go to the bath at Urfa. She was allowed and went to Urfa but she did not return. An Armenian helped her and sent her to Aleppo.
As far as we know she has no relatives.
We located her uncle's cousin here and turned her over to him.
