Harutiun was exiled with his mother
and one elder brother. His father died before the war. When the caravan was
encamped near Aleppo, his brother made his way into the city and in this way he
was saved. He is still living in Aleppo. Harutiun was sent with his mother
further on. On reaching Ras-el-Ain a Kurd took his mother away and another one
took him to his house. In this way mother and child were separated from each
other.
His master was dwelling the village
Soulo, where Harutiun lived eleven years as a simple shepherd. When he grew up,
he asked the recompense for his eleven years working, but it was refused and he
was kicked out of doors. One day our agent saw him in Deir-el-Zor straying
barefoot in the streets. He send him per auto to us.
