                   In the time of deportation Siranoush was exiled with her parents and a sister. The caravan reached Rakka. There the father was killed and the mother became ill and died.  

                  An Arab took Siranoush and her sister away and brought them in his tent.  

                  Afterwards she came in the house of Hadjim Pasha. There Siranoush was married to an Arab.  

                  One day Hadjim Pasha sent her on to our rescue-home in Aleppo.
