At a short distance from Turgadish the caravan was attacked and robbed by Kourds and Arabs. Most of the people were killed, some kept as slaves, others married to Kourds and Arabs and only a few continued there way.

                  A Kourd brought Kalousd and his sister to his house. Kalousd became a shepherd and his sister a servant-maid. Five years after she was married to her master.

                  Kalousd grew up and wanted to return to his nation with his sister, but she did not want to leave her child. So he intended to come alone. He asked his sister's husband, who permitted him to go to our station.
