Marie
has not a certain knowledge about her past time, but she remembers that carried
on her mother's arms. She wandered for a long time upon the plains and
mountains. She saw soldiers beating her mother several times. When the caravan
was resting, Marie went away to bring water from a fountain, close to their
resting place. When she was coming back, an Arab dragged her away and brought
her to his tent. She lived 11 years with him till she got an opportunity to
reach us being persuaded by some muleteers who are aiding us in our work.
She is very glad to have been
saved from the slavery.
Left
