Stephan was exiled with his
parents and 2 brothers. They came near Bab. There the parents disappeared,
probably killed. The brothers were dragged away by Arabs, and one day an Arab
also brought Stephan to his tent.
He was always treated well,
but always he was longing to join his nation, and never he forgot, that he was
a Christian.
Once he went with his owner to
Djiraboulous. Our agent met with and told him about our rescue-home in Aleppo.
Stephan who very much wanted to come here, was one day sent per motor-car to
us.
