Before the deportation she was
married to an Armenian and she had got two children with her husband. One of
the two is Makruhi No. 1115. During the deportation she was exiled with her
husband and two little ones. On the road she lost her husband, who was killed
by the Tchetchens. She lost one of her children too. She left Makruhi under the
charge of an Arab in Meskene in order to save her life, she herself went into
the house of another Arab as a maid-servant. After some months the Arab married
her. When the English forces occupied the same district, profiting by the
opportunity she left her husband and was married with an Assyrian, who taking
Yeghsapet's daughter by her first husband, installed himself in Mediat near
Mardin. In 1925 the man was taken into the Turkish army and was lost. Yeghsapet
asked our assistance, we brought the poor family to Aleppo.
