             Her father became ill and died during the restless walk of the deportation.

            Khatoon was sent further on with her mother and sisters. In Biredjik she lost all of them. She herself lived in a Turkish house as their child. After seven years an Armenian party passed this village. One of the refugees recognized her and took her with him to Aleppo.

            She was received in our house on January 15.

 

 

Khatoon was received in the N.E.R. orphanage.
