The whole family was deported to Kemagh. The father was killed there, mother and children went on to Mardin, where the mother was killed. Sisak and Pailazoon (203) were taken to different Turkish houses. Brother and sister lived one year in Mardin. One of the Turks wanted to marry his sister. Sisak fled at night with his sister to Diarbeker. There again they went to a Turkish house both as servants. They lived six years there but again this Turk also asked his sister to marry him. Sisak refused and fled with his sister to the American orphanage. Pailazoon was received there, Sisak was looking for an opportunity to take his sister to Aleppo.
Armenians started to emigrate, he took his sister joined a party and reached this city.
