Hagob's father was a soldier in the Turkish army and
disappeared there like so many other Armenian soldiers. Hagob was deported
together with his mother and two sisters. Their first goal was Rakka, but one
of his little sisters died on the road, near to Charb Bedros. He himself was
separated from his mother and other sister and totally lost their traces. For
years he was living among the Arabs, until he heard of our colony. Then he came
back to join his own people.
Left our care: February 2,
1929 Selfsupporting. In our colony.
