His parents died during the
war. His elder brother was killed in the French army. Kevork became a servant
in a Turkish house in Urfa. He asked several times for permission to go back to
his nation but his master refused directly.
One day he was sent on business to a village. He knew how
to profit of this occasion and he fled to Garmoodj and from there to Aleppo.
Kevork has learned a trade
and became selfsupporting.
Kevork had an epileptical
attack we could not keep him here and so he was sent to Beirut.
Left our
care: February 28, 1923. Later we have
heard that he has died.
