The whole family was exiled to Islahiye. His mother became ill and died there. A few days later the survivors were sent to Kara Baba. Antranig's father died in this town. His sister married an Armenian in Kirkis and he himself went on to Kirkis taking his brother with him.
Antranig and his little brother were working in different Turkish houses as farmers. In June 1922 his little brother fled from there and came to us. Minas his little brother went back in order to safe his brother from there. He went to Kirkis paid two pounds gold to his borther's master and in exchange for it he took his brother and came to us.
His uncle is in Shaghshagh.
Learned a trade (tannery) and became selfsupporting.
