Missak's
father died before the war. He was deported with his mother and a brother.
The caravan came near Mardin
there Missak was taken by an Arab and was forced to stay there 10 years.
He was always longing to go
away to learn a trade and join his own nation. One day an Armenian doctor came
to the village. He told Missak about our rescue-home in Aleppo and helped him
to flee.
Left
our care: August 18, 1925. Relatives.
