His father died before the deportation. He was exiled with his mother to Thgolaghan where his mother died. Garabed became a servant in one of the Turkish houses. He was treated badly. One day he succeeded in fleeing to Diarbeker. There he met a Turkish muleteer, to whom he paid two Turkish gold pounds for his journey to Jirablus. Arriving there he met people of our organization and was sent by them to Aleppo.
Garabed's cousin is in Constantinople.
Garabed could not adapt himself to the life of the city and ran away very soon.
Left our care: September 1922.
