Artin was deported with his parents and country people towards the desert. His parents and many others were killed in a cruel way by Kurds and Arabs, who always surrounded the caravan.
Artin fled and came near a village there a Kurdish woman took him in. She had no son and was very happy to have Artin. He was treated well.
One day his cousin, who had heard about him, came and asked the Kourd to let Artin go with him. He did not allow on the contrary he wanted Artin to become a Moslem and marry his daughter.
So Artin did not want, he fled by night and reached Hassitshe. There our agent got hold of him and sent him per motorcar on to us.
His cousin is living in Jerusalem, so we hope that Artin may be able to join him.
