Khanoom's father died before the war. Her mother was deported with her little children. Khanoom was admitted in a Turkish family with all her property. After two years the Turks put her out door refusing her to let her take her property or the value in exchange for it. Khanoom was obliged to go to another Turkish house, this time working as a servant in order to gain her daily breath. After a few months the Turk married her with a policeman and she lived six years with him.

When Armenians were emigrating she provided herself secretly a passport. Unfortunately her husband was informed of it and so the flight was almost impossible. She had to be very careful. One day she went to a village telling her husband that she was going to a party. There she found a muleteer, paid him for her journey and came with him to Aleppo.

As far as we know she has no relatives.

Became selfsupporting (Servant Dr. Tchiradjian).

Left our care: July 20, 1923. Selfsupporting, Servant.
