Krikor lost his parents before the deportation. His aunt
took care of him. She took him with her when she was deported. After a very
tiresome wandering they came to Bab. His aunt was exhausted and died within a
few days. Krikor was all alone and suffered hunger. He went into a house. He
was admitted and fed but after some days put out of doors because he was an
"unbeliever". He wandered from house to house and from village to
village until he finally settled down among the Arabs. He was very weak and
therefore unable to work. Sometime ago he heard about our rescue-work, He fled
to Djerablus and met our agent there who sent him immediately to Aleppo.
Left our care: August 30,
1927. Selfsupporting.
