One of our agents who was in search for Armenians to be
liberated came to a Kurdish village and located Hagop there. He took him to
Hassitshe and sent him by motor-car to Aleppo. It is only a few weeks that he
knows that he is an Armenian. Once when his Kurdish parents beat him they
called him an Armenian dog. He now understood why he was so differently treated
from his other brothers. He does not remember anything about the deportation.
Now he is happy to be again among his own people and to be able to learn a
trade.
Left our care: September 24,
