Those two brothers Levon and
Puzant were deported with their parents. Those were soon killed and the
brothers were taken away by a Kourd and brought to a village near Deir-el-Zor.
The poor boys were ill-treated
and suffered under that their being among Islams. They never forgot that they
were Christians.
Sometimes they tried to flee,
but were brought back by their owner and punished.
One day they however succeeded
in reaching Deir-el-Zor. There our agent found them and sent them further on to
Aleppo.
The
same day relatives were found, and the boys went to live with those.
