Her father died being a
soldier in the Turkish Army. The rest of her family was deported to Der-el-Zor.
A few months after they were forced to leave the town. On the road she lost her
mother. An Arab woman took her adopting her as her child. As she was gradually
growing up, she heard about her past history and her own birth. At least she
was firmly convinced that she was not an Arab but an Armenian girl, accordingly
she became eager to be restored to her own nation.
Finally she made her escape in
safety and reached Der-el-Zor from where by our agent she was sent to us.
Received
in an orphanage in Aleppo. Later her relatives were found.
