Khosrof was a little child when his mother died. In the beginning of the deportation his native town was attacked by Kourds. Some of the Armenian people were killed, others deported and a few succeeded in fleeing to the mountains. Khosrof’s father took him and they fled together to the mountains. A group of Turkish policeman followed them and killed every men they could.

Khosrof's father was killed right there but he himself was admitted in the Turkish orphanage of Harpoot, where he lived seven years. When Armenians started to leave Turkey, he fled to his step-aunt who was in Paloo. He stayed a few days with her, and then they fled together and reached this city.

We located his relatives here in Aleppo and gave him to them.
